Our immigrant visa staff can help you with immigrant visa and permanent residence (green card) matters via e-mail only. There is no non-immigrant visa, American citizen services, or ESTA information available through this e-mail address. For citizen services or non-immigrant visa information, click here.
Visiting the immigrant visa unit
The immigrant visa unit offers walk in services for lost and/or stolen Resident Cards, for more information click here. All other services are by appointment only. Please contact the immigrant visa unit via email to schedule an appointment. Please note that all visitors, including those coming for an inquiry, must carry a passport in order to be admitted into the consular building.
The Consulate is closed on U.S. and Dutch holidays.

Sending Documents: Fax or e-mail?
- When an original document is required you should send it by mail or courier of course. But if you need to send a document for information purposes only you can send it by fax. Best would be however if you send your document(s) by e-mail, as a PDF file for instance. This will allow us respond quicker and assist you better with any consular issues you may have.
