For fingerprint services required for non-Department of State, domestic adoption, or any other purpose, please contact your local police station. In case the police is unable to help out, contact the following detective agency in Amsterdam:

Recherchebureau Kast

e-mail address: vankappel@kastrecherche.nl

You may also contact:

The Tri-Missions Association in Brussels, Belgium

Neither of these offices is affiliated with the U.S. Government but both provide high quality fingerprint services.
