Passport Applications By Mail

Disclaimer: The Dutch postal services are generally efficient and reliable. To send us your application you may use any means you see fit, however the Consulate General cannot take responsibility for applications not received.

Unless you otherwise instruct us, passports and documents, if any, will be returned to you by regular Dutch mail, at our expense.

If you would like your documents returned any other way, you are kindly requested to provide us with the means, e.g. provide sufficient postage with your self-addressed return envelope for registered mail.
