Passports for Adults

If your most recent passport was issued less than 15 years ago, and you were over 16 years of age at the time of issuance, you will be renewing an adult passport.

To apply for your new adult passport you must come to the Consulate in Amsterdam and submit:

  1. The DS-82 application form;
  2. Current passport (If you cannot submit your last issued passport, please see the section on Lost or Stolen passport on the website);
  3. Two photos (5cm x 5cm on a white background);
  4. The appropriate fee.
