Passports for Young Adults age 16 and over

Minors age 16 and over, and persons over age 18, holding a regular five-year validity passport, must apply in person by appointment, during our normal hours of operation.

Please do the following:

1. Make an appointment;

2. Read and complete the DS-11 application form — see also our Tips for completing the DS-11 application;

Please do NOT sign the application form until the consular officer requests you to do so.

5. Be ready to pay the appropriate fee.
