Passport Services Available by Mail

It is possible to renew an adult (valdid 10-years) passport, apply for additional visa pages, change your name (through marriage or divorce) in your passport, or replace an emergency passport with a full validity passport, by mail. You must download, complete and sign the appropriate form. Payment can be effected by credit card only. If a photo is required make sure you provide one in the U.S. format: 2" x 2" .

All mail-in services require you to enclose a self-addressed return envelope for mailing your passport(s) to you! Should you wish for registered mail delivery, please put sufficient postage on your return envelope. Otherwise your passport will be mailed to you by regular mail.
