There is no U.S. Customs representative in The Netherlands.

The United States Customs office servicing The Netherlands is located at the U.S. Consulate in Frankfurt Germany.  They can be contacted Monday to Friday 9AM to 12 noon and from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM at:

This office will be able to provide prompt and authoritative responses to question regarding import or export regulations and requirements for the United States.
