Additional Passport Pages
If your passport's visa pages are becoming full, but your passport is still valid and in good condition, you may apply by mail for additional visa pages to be added to your passport. Depending on the condition of your passport up to two sets of extra pages, 24 pages a set, can be added to your passport at a time, same price. Please note extra visa pages cannot be added to a one year, limited validity, emergency passport or a badly worn or damaged passport.

Same-day-service is available if you apply in person! Download and print the same form as for the mail-in-service. But instead of mailing it to the Consulate set up an appointment through the link in the right hand top of this page. You can pay at the Consulate General with cash, dollars or euro, or by credit card. PIN payments are NOT POSSIBLE for this service. The passport will be ready for collection in the afternoon between 2:30 and 3:30 PM. You do not need an extra appointment for this. |

Please submit the following:
- Complete and sign form DS-4085, Application for Additional Visa Pages;
- Enclose your valid ten or five year passport;
- See our Tips for completing the DS-4085 Form;
- Enclose a self-addressed return envelope. If you want us to return your passport by registered mail, please provide sufficient postage on your return envelope.;
- Enclose the appropriate fee by credit card payment form. When applying in person and paying in cash, please try to bring exact change. See our consular fees page.;

Processing Time
An application for extra pages will be processed by our office and will take between five and seven working days.
If you wish to apply in person

If you wish to apply in person for the same-day-service, you need an appointment. Please click on the link below to choose a date and time for your appointment. When on the appointment website choose the service called "Apply for a U.S. passport for the first time." to get the right type of appointment.
