Additional Passport Pages
If your passport’s visa pages are becoming full, but your passport is still valid and in good condition, you may apply by mail for additional visa pages to be added to your passport. Only one set of extra pages — 24 pages are in each set — can be added to your passport at a time. Please note extra visa pages cannot be added to a one year, limited validity, emergency passport.
Please submit the following :
1. Complete and sign form DS-4085, Application for Additional Visa Pages;
2. Enclose your valid ten or five year passport;
3. See our Tips for completing the DS-4085 Form;
4. Enclose a self-addressed return envelope;
5. Mail your passport and application to:

6. There is no fee for this service.
Processing Time
An application for extra pages will be processed by our office and will take between five and seven working days.
Should you require same-day service for Additional Pages
Make an appointment during our regular hours of operation. (PLEASE NOTE: As adding additional pages to a passport is usually a mail-in service, there is no option for this service in our appointment menu. For this reason please select Applying for a U.S. passport for the first time from the menu, to make your appointment for receiving additional pages in person.);
Submit your current full-validity passport;
Apply or have a representative submit your completed application, signed by you, at the American Consulate General on the appointment day;
The passport will be ready the same afternoon and can be collected between 14:30 and 15:30;
There is no fee for this service.
