Additional Passport Pages
If your passport’s visa pages are becoming full, but your passport is still valid and in good condition, you may apply by mail for additional visa pages to be added to your passport. Only one set of extra pages — 24 pages are in each set — can be added to your passport at a time. Please note extra visa pages cannot be added to a one year, limited validity, emergency passport.
Please submit the following:
1. Complete and sign form DS-4085, Application for Additional Visa Pages;
2. Enclose your valid ten or five year passport;
3. See our Tips for completing the DS-4085 Form;
4. Enclose a self-addressed return envelope;
5. Mail your passport and application to:

6. There is no fee for this service.
Processing Time
An application for extra pages will be processed by our office and will take between five and seven working days.
Should you require SAME-DAY SERVICE for Additional Pages
Make an morning appointment using the instructions in our IF YOU WISH TO APPLY IN PERSON box on the right hand side of this page.
Complete and sign the DS-4085 form;
Submit your current full-validity passport;
Apply or have a representative submit your completed application, signed by you, at the American Consulate General on the appointment day;
The passport will be ready for collection, in the afternoon between 2:30 and 3:30 PM;
There is no fee for this service.
